My boyfriend ordered lillies from Acworth Florist and I recieved them when they were supposed to come. BUT the price was outrageous and when I called to ask if a mistake had been made I was treated like I was STUPID. The lady I talked to was Nicole and she was VERY rude over the phone! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I love lillies and have ordered many of them and have never spent that kind of money for them! I will never recommend this florist to anyone!!

The flowers were pretty, but the customer service was good. They helped me get whatever it was i wanted. They definately cater to the customer which is a plus!

As an Acworth resident we have received a few items from here. The flowers are pretty though not very imaginative. Their customer service is very good and they have fixed a few problems that we have had. They are very affordable. The shop is rather small and I wouldn't reccomend a stroller inside.
