very helpful until loan closed, then calls not returned questions not answered one problem after the other before the closeing, closed two and a half weeks later than what we were told, was also told alot of false infromation, had to…
Pros: concerned owner cared that we had problems Cons: left hanging after closeing no longer important calls not returned
